Advertising Sales

We are currently hiring independent advertising sales professionals.

YOURCOOP is simply an advertising cooperative. We group non-competing businesses together in commonly-themed print advertisements where each business shares the advertising space and shares the cost. It offers a more cost-effective way to advertise to small business. Some of our common themes are Home Improvements, Travel & Leisure and Health & Beauty. We are a young company. This is a commission based sales position selling print advertising. You will be an independent contractor, so you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes. If you like to make your own schedule and are a self-starter that’s money-motivated, this is a great opportunity for you.

Compensation is as follows:

• Commissions are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month
• 10% commission on all sales under $10,000
• 15% commission on all sales over $10,000 (sales reset to zero each month)
• Commission potential – 60-95K for enthusiastic professionals
• Performance bonuses and incentives are also provided
• Necessary sales materials are provided

Must have sales experience. Experience in selling intangibles a plus (advertising, insurance, yellow pages, etc.). Must be professional and able to work independently to create new and service existing accounts.
